Waterdown, ON: February 12, 2011 – Len Scobie will be retiring in two weeks after leading the breakfast crew at Knox Presbyterian Church for sixteen years. Patrons, many of whom have come to the church for Saturday breakfast since the beginning of the program described Scobie as a cheerful individual. Some even commented that the program would fold if Scobie were to leave. While Scobie left his position to Bruce Nixon, he insisted on coming back to help out and volunteer.
